1. Who we are
This notice applies to Aistralix Pvt Ltd (“Aistralix,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and this website. Aistralix is based in India. The registered office address and designated privacy/grievance contact have not yet been provided for this draft and must be completed before publication.
We intend this notice to explain our practices in plain language and to be read with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and rules and other requirements in force in India, as applicable to the relevant processing.
2. Information we handle
If you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional company name, selected service, message and the date/time of your consent. If you apply through Careers, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest, optional note, uploaded CV/resume and consent timestamp. Please do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal information.
Like most websites, our hosting environment may process basic technical and security information needed to deliver the site and investigate abuse. This site does not currently include an advertising tracker or analytics service.
3. Why we use information
We use contact-form information to understand and respond to your request, communicate about a potential engagement and maintain appropriate business records. Career application information and CVs are used to review the application and contact the applicant about relevant recruitment opportunities. We process information on consent where required and otherwise on a basis permitted by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
We ask for consent on the form before storing an inquiry. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us, subject to any processing or record retention required by law.
4. Sharing, security and retention
Information may be available to authorized Aistralix personnel and infrastructure providers supporting the website, only as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. Career CVs are stored in non-public application storage and are available only through the authenticated admin area. We expect service providers to protect information under appropriate arrangements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legitimate rights and security.
Inquiry records are stored in the website database and should be kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage a business relationship or comply with applicable legal requirements. A retention schedule and responsible contact should be confirmed before launch. Reasonable safeguards should be maintained, though no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Career application details and CVs should be retained only while they are needed to assess applications or relevant opportunities, and then securely deleted unless applicable law requires otherwise. A specific recruitment retention period must be set and communicated before launch.
5. Your choices and data-protection rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request information about personal data linked to you, correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and legal exceptions or retention duties may apply.
To make a request, use the contact form and clearly select or describe a privacy request. The company’s designated privacy/grievance contact and address must be added here before publication so people have an appropriate, dependable way to exercise their rights.
6. Cookies and external content
Essential session and security mechanisms may be used to operate the site and protect form submissions. The current site does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. The demo pages load fonts from Google Fonts and stock photographs from Unsplash; those providers receive ordinary connection information when your browser retrieves their files and process it under their own terms and privacy notices. Replace or locally host these demo assets if that does not fit your production requirements.
7. Children’s information
This business website is intended for organizations and adults; it is not directed to children. If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site, business practices or applicable requirements change. The date at the top indicates when this draft was last updated.
